At My Time Recovery, we are not a one-size-fits-all style of treatment. Our highly qualified clinical team is dedicated to designing an individualized treatment plan, coupled with therapy sessions, tailored for you or your loved one.
We offer both intensive outpatient (IOP) services and traditional outpatient (OP) services facilitated by our experienced clinicians.
My Time Recovery’s age-specific IOP program is designed to allow clients to be amongst their peers to better relate to one another and communicate as a group.
Age-specific groups are split between young adults aged 18-29 and 30 years old and up. This provides clients with an opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with those who are also in recovery to aid them in maintaining long-term sobriety. Age specific groups also allow you or your loved ones to gain the professional support needed for the road to recovery.
Our evidence-based treatment approach allows clients to complete the program while continuing to work or attend school. We also offer life skills education and support for those wanting to get back into the workforce or return to school.
As clients work with our clinicians and passionate counselors, they begin integrating their developing recovery skills into a daily routine. These healing exercises give clients the opportunity to process their experience in a safe and supportive group setting. This unique style of treatment allows them to establish a solid foundation for a life of health, self-worth, and long-term sobriety.
What to Expect
During a normal day in Outpatient or IOP, clients will get to check in and talk about how they are doing in a safe environment. In our warm and comfortable facility, clients can relax and learn about their addiction, what causes it and receive tools for relapse prevention. We encourage participation, although uncomfortable at first, it is the best way to build a community. Many of our alumni remain friends and grow roots here at My Time, roots that allow them to stay connected and interactive in the greater recovery community.
