What You Can Expect

My Time Recovery provides clients access to a multitude of therapy programs, including EDMR Therapy. Our program staff members are specially trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EDMR) therapy, which helps to treat the emotional symptoms that occur following trauma. During EDMR sessions, clients are able to reprogram their thoughts to help lessen emotional reactions and replace hurtful or negative thoughts associated with trauma with positive ones. EDMR therapy can make a world of difference for those suffering from issues like PTSD, generalized anxiety, depression, and addiction. Additionally, some studies have shown EDMR to produce faster healing results than other forms of therapy.
