What You Can Expect

At My Time Recovery, we are proud to offer clients a variety of different experiential therapy programs designed to help those suffering from trauma and addiction. Sound therapy is one of the many programs we offer in our treatment programs. This form of therapy helps clients through the use of music and specialized instruments in combination with self-reflection techniques, which have been shown to help improve mental health and wellbeing. Sound therapy techniques involve the use of tonal and rhythmic instruments along with vocal influences such as toning, overtoning, and mantra. Vocal processing techniques may also be utilized here at My Time Recovery, which combine sound therapy and movement, allowing clients to enter a deep state of relaxation where they are better able to identify, process, and resolve issues.
