Catherine is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC #14105) and serves as a Clinical Manager at My Time Recovery. In her role, Catherine is responsible for clinical oversight and utilization management to ensure continuity and medical necessity. She provides clinical and administrative supervision to associate therapists and registered SUD counselors, ensuring adherence to regulatory documentation standards. Additionally, she supervises associate clinicians through structured clinical supervision to fulfill state licensure requirements.
With a passion for trauma-focused therapy, Catherine employs a holistic approach, integrating various theories including EMDR, CBT, and solution-focused therapy. Catherine is an EMDRIA certified therapist.
Since 2018, Catherine has worked with children, families, and individuals facing mental health and substance abuse disorders. She has experience with diverse populations and a range of issues, such as domestic violence, anger management, substance use disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, codependency, and psychosis.
Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling Psychology and Religious Studies, using this background to help clients integrate their spiritual and/or religious strengths in their therapeutic journey. She also earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Alliant International University.
